Hello! I'm Mohamed Siblini, (P.Eng.), a Staff Manufacturing Engineer with 8+ years leading cross-functional NPI, production ramp, and operations for advanced hardware — AI supercomputers, battery cells, and fiber-optic systems.Currently at Viavi Solutions owning end-to-end NPI for high-revenue fiber-optic test and measurement programs. Previously at Tesla on the Dojo AI supercomputer and 4680 battery-cell production line, and at IPG Photonics, where I drove enterprise adoption of advanced laser systems across aerospace, automotive, and battery manufacturing.I work across R&D, quality, and contract manufacturing partners to move products from prototype to volume — with a focus on DFM, process development, yield, and cost reduction. I like hard manufacturing problems, high-volume NPI, and being on the factory floor where the real work happens.
